Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items by mail under these conditions:
- • Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt
- • Items must have not been worn or altered
- • ALL tags must be attached.
- • Returned items will be accepted ONLY if they have A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- You can obtain a Return Authorization Number by sending us a request via email at lbtg@rochester.rr.com.
Please note that we do not refund shipping/handling charges.
